Job Overview

We are hiring a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide night shift weekend coverage. The shift runs from 6:00pm to 6:00am every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for a total of 36 weekly hours. Salary ranges from $38.00 to $48.00 per hour and includes differential pay. The position offers excellent health, dental, and vision insurance.

• Apply the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency in full scope of nursing practice, using age‑specific and population‑specific standards.
• Provide care in all phases: preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, deliver resident education and perform nursing interventions.
• Serve as charge nurse when required, delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within the scope of their competencies.
• Support and supervise delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of care and resolve concerns.
• Operate within the scopes and standards of practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and state administrative rules.

• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred): CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state where nursing is performed, or multistate licensure under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
