The anesthesia department operates under an all-CRNA model providing clinicians with full autonomy across operating rooms. The facility maintains established protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery with organized workflows.

This area features several parks including Sunnybrook Park, Blacks Grove Park, and Tapley Park providing outdoor recreation opportunities for visitors. The region offers cultural attractions such as the Northern Pacific Depot Museum, historic Cozy Theatre, and downtown alley arts displays that showcase local history. The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during day shifts from 7a-3p covering diverse surgical procedures and performing spinals, epidurals, TAP blocks, and peripheral nerve blocks. Call coverage runs from 3p-7a with a 30-minute response time every third night and fourth weekend. The clinician will work independently within an all-CRNA model managing cases autonomously and collaborating closely with surgical and nursing teams.

Board certification is required for this position with steady but manageable workflow and strong facility support.
