Salary Range: $46.00 – $58.50 per hour
Pay Info: $25,000 bonus (eligible employees)

Manages nursing home staff and nursing activities, including resident care and record‑keeping; oversees nursing staff assigned to a particular shift; allocates resources within shifts or designated time frames; assigns residents to nursing staff based on condition and skill level; measures employee performance; assists with training and development of staff; monitors resident care areas and other nursing home facilities for cleanliness and readiness;

provides nursing care to residents as needed, which may include administering oxygen, basic life support (BLS), possible IVs, or medications as prescribed by a provider; applies knowledge of clinical practices, strategic planning, administrative, and financial principles; and requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Manage nursing staff and nursing activities, including resident care and record‑keeping.
• Assign residents to nursing staff based on condition and skill level.
• Measure employee performance and assist in staff training and development.
• Monitor resident care areas and nursing home facilities for cleanliness and readiness.
• Provide nursing care on an as‑needed basis, including oxygen, BLS, IVs, or medications.
• Apply clinical, strategic, administrative, and financial knowledge to nursing practice.
• Maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills with staff and residents.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Three years of nursing management experience, at least two at manager or higher level.
• One‑year experience in long‑term or subacute care required.
• Thorough knowledge of the nursing practice act and standards of nursing care.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure via NLC.
• Required department‑specific competencies and certifications obtained and maintained.
