RN - Deer River Ambulatory Infusion

Position

Ambulatory Infusion Clinic – Deer River Clinic. FTE: 0.6. Shift: Day rotation 08:00 – 16:30.

• Perform focused cephalocaudal assessment, health status evaluation, and pre-treatement lab review before chemotherapy/immunotherapy and supportive treatments.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, central line care, therapeutic phlebotomies, and bladder instillations, following orders.
• Confirm patient consent and educate patients on potential side effects before and after treatment.
• Monitor patients during treatment, assess and respond to adverse reactions, and prevent severe hypersensitivity or infusion‑related reactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow institution protocols.

• Current state‑wide nursing license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy provider card, to be obtained within 6 months of hire and maintained thereafter.

Salary range: $37.10 – $55.65 per hour.
