The Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality patient care. This includes implementing and monitoring infection control protocols, providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications- Valid RN or LPN license
- Prior experience in a nursing leadership role
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
