Lakeside Generations, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Join our team to assist residents with personal-care, daily activities, and treatments.
Position Type: Part‑time, varying schedule that includes every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Shift Availability: Nights (NOC) 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM.
Wage Range: $22.60 – $24.96 per hour, depending on experience.
Shift Differential: $2 per hour for evenings; $3 per hour for nights.
Bonus: Part‑time $2,500.
Responsibilities- Assist residents in maintaining independence through personal‑care and daily‑living activities.
- Perform delegated treatments per the Registered Nurse and individualized care plan.
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, respiration) and report changes or concerns to the RN.
- Document services performed on a computerized charting system.
- Support residents with prescribed program activities.
- Observe residents and report any changes in physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Must be registered on the MN Registry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work a consistent schedule.
- Minimum age 16 years.
