Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI St. Joseph's Park Rapids, MN is recruiting for a licensed APRN to work in the ER.

• CHI St. Joseph's Health is a 25 bed critical access hospital
• Level 4 Trauma with 24/7 Services
• 10,000 Annual ER Visits
• 13 Bed ED with 2 Trauma Bays

• Patient Care:
  Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Communication:
  Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.

• Quality Improvement:
  Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.

• Successfully completed NP degree program
• A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
