Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care according to facility standards, including bathing, grooming, and feeding patients
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes in health status accurately and timely
- Assist nursing staff with procedures and treatments as required
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure quality care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA certification
- Current CPR certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting
- Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes (no Crocs)
- Comfortable working long shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
