Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care according to facility standards, including bathing, grooming, and feeding patients
  • Monitor patient conditions and document changes in health status accurately and timely
  • Assist nursing staff with procedures and treatments as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure quality care
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CNA certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current First Aid certification
  • Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting
  • Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes (no Crocs)
  • Comfortable working long shifts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
