• Travel assignment in a hospital med/surg environment

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit, including monitoring, assessment, and ongoing documentation
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy according to physician orders and protocols
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition; elevate appropriately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update patient care plans
• Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with unit policies and safety standards
• Demonstrate patient safety, infection control, and high-quality care through consistent practice
• May be asked to float to related units as needed to meet center needs

• Active RN license in Minnesota (valid at time of submission)
• BLS and ACLS required; TNCC may be optional for candidates with strong relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; LTC/Critical Access experience within the last year (account compliance) preferred
• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
• RTO requests must be submitted at submission; will not be approved after offer
• 2 references required at submission
• Background policy: will not accept background hits (including DUIs)
• Ability to work nights, with weekend coverage as described; willingness to float if requested

• Credentialing and compliance assistance to keep licensure and vaccinations current
• Reference coordination and submission support (2 references required)
• Compliance guidance for vaccination and background checks
