Director of Nursing

Provides quality and efficient care to each resident in a personalized way. Assists in the common goal of maintaining the well-being of each resident by providing the immediate personal care to residents. Observes and reports any changes in a resident’s physical condition, changes in behavior and any incidents or accidents to the charge nurse.

Successful completion of an approved competency evaluation or approved nursing assistant training program required by the State of MN or currently enrolled in a nursing assistant class with competency evaluation within 4 months from the date of employment. The nursing assistant/registered is also required to have an ability to read, write and speak English, and complete and pass a state required background study form which checks for certain criminal convictions or serious/recurring maltreatment.
