Join our team as Registered Nurse in our OR / Outpatient & Post Op Care Team in Wabasha, MN and be the change you want to see in the world.

• Casual Hours – no FTE assigned. Scheduled on day shift (M –
  
  F).
• Hours based on organizational needs and availability.

• Pay range of $34.65 – $54.21 / hour, based on experience.

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients
• RN, Hospital - includes Operating Room and Outpatient Services to provide comprehensive care to surgical patient before, during and after procedures while assisting the surgical time and ensuring patient safety.
• In addition to surgical procedures, the position is part of the outpatient and infusion center team; collaboration amongst all team members is essential to provide great service to our patients.
• The RN utilizes the nursing process and aligns practice with organizational policies, professional nursing standards and regulatory practice acts
• Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

• Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing
• RN licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota upon hire
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
