As a Nursing Assistant in Training, you will receive paid, hands‑on training while learning to provide compassionate, high‑quality care. You will support residents with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and meals while building meaningful relationships and promoting dignity and comfort. This role offers a strong foundation with opportunities to advance into a Trained Medical Assistant position.

Starting wage is $ based on experience, with additional shift differentials of $2/hour for evenings and $3/hour for overnights.

A $1,000 sign‑on bonus is available for non‑certified applicants, paid over one year, along with full coverage of certification costs.
