Good Samaritan Society - 105 Glenhaven Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a charge nurse;
Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and other personal care activities;
Obtain and record vital signs and document care provided and resident responses;
Assist with administration of prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse and within scope of practice;
Communicate changes in residents' condition or care needs to the charge nurse; participate in care planning and documentation
