Good Samaritan Society - 745 Basinger Memorial Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises;
Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining; assist residents with meals and snacks;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse
