As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Lakeside Generations, you’ll provide compassionate, high‑quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a team‑oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.

Part‑time, working every other weekend and every other holiday.

• Every other weekend evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

$27 to $31.33 per hour, depending on experience.

• Evening: $3 per hour
• Nights (NOC): $4 per hour

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow‑up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

• Must have an MN LPN license and be in good standing.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter with a desire to be part of a team.
