Gundersen Health System (Emplify Health) – Tweeten in Spring Grove, MN is a long‑term care facility dedicated to promoting a healthy, meaningful and secure environment for adults of all ages. We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the team and work night shifts.

8 hours a week, part‑time night shifts (including every other weekend and holiday).

• Work night shifts including every other weekend and holiday.
• Part‑time – work 8 hours a week.
• Nurture a family‑based care environment by learning about each person and serving their needs.
• Perform basic care of patients under the general supervision of an RN in the acute hospital setting.
• Transport and transfer patients within the medical complex safely and efficiently.
• Assist with data collection to facilitate delegated nursing care.

• Work closely under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Be physically able to lift heavy objects, push, pull, reach, and squat regularly.
• Accurately document each resident in an electronic medical record and be familiar with basic computer use.
• Assist with basic care for patients in nutrition, elimination, comfort, mobility, and safety.
• Ensure patient safety.
• Participate in CNA and unit staff meetings.
• Participate in quality improvement activities to continuously improve patient care and unit operations.
• Perform other job‑related responsibilities as requested by the Director of Nursing.
• Maintain flexible and predictable attendance.
• Transport and transfer patients using appropriate equipment and safety precautions.
• Assist nursing staff in lifting and ambulating patients using appropriate practice guidelines.
• Maintain environment and equipment.
• Demonstrate dependability, organizational skills, and effective time use to complete delegated work within established time frames.
• Adhere to Gundersen Health System mission, policies, and confidentiality standards.

• MN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or willingness to obtain certification as the employer will pay for it.
• Current Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (hands‑on) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

• $20.55 per hour plus potential increases for experience.
• If not yet certified, pay rate starts at $18.57 per hour until certification.
