Surgery Team Opportunity in Redwood Falls

Join the Surgery team in Redwood Falls! This position includes OR circulating, PACU admitting, discharging, and managing pre-op and post-op phone calls. The leadership is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, kindness, and collaboration ensuring a stable and caring environment for both patients and staff. Coordinate and/or supervise care by other professionals on your team. Perform duties related to assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating as you deliver patient care.

Assess and plan for the educational needs of the patient/client and families. Rotate through OR circulating, PACU admitting, and discharge.

Schedule:

Part-time | 56 hours per two weeks

Weekday day shifts, weeknight weekend, & holiday on-call rotation

Pay and Benefits:

Pay based on experience and degree - Pay range: 42.86 - 69.19 per hour

Associate/Diploma in nursing starting  per hour

Bachelors in nursing starting  per hour

Masters in nursing starting  per hour

Earn extra pay for working these shifts!

Earn an additional $1.50 for evening shifts

Earn an additional $1.50 for night shifts

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Nursing or higher

Current Minnesota RN License

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients/families, and community resources.
