The organization is seeking a Geriatric Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a long-term care facility located in Harmony, Minnesota. This position involves working on a specialized geriatric floor with a focus on medical-surgical care. The role offers variable shifts primarily during daytime or evening hours, with a schedule that includes rotating shifts of 8 and 12 hours. The nurse will provide clinical care in a 43-bed long-term care and clinic setting, supporting a team committed to high-quality patient care.

  Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) License and American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year in long-term care, with proficiency in passing medications
• Charting:
  Matrix charting experience preferred

• Facility Details: 43-bed long-term care and clinic setting, with one nurse and two certified nursing assistants (CNAs) during night shifts; day and evening shifts include charge nurses responsible for treatments, medications, and narcotics
• Float Requirements:
  May be required to float to a nearby facility approximately 25 miles away as needed
• On Call/Call Back:
  Not required
• Weekend/Holiday Rotation:
  Every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Compliance:
  Candidate must start the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hours for a quick start

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Benefits include:
