A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR As a Housekeeping Supervisor at River Oaks of Minnesota, you are on the front line of maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. Your responsibilities include:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff
Maintain compliance with sanitation, infection control, and safety standards
Manage supplies, inventory, and documentation
Conduct inspections and address resident or staff concerns
Coordinate with leadership to support facility needs and quality improvement initiatives
You'll go home each day feeling fulfilled and proud of the positive impact you've made in the lives of vulnerable people in your community.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
18 years or older and able to pass a background check
Housekeeping experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and infection control standards
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents
