TNAA Total Med RN is looking for a Registered Nurse for an immediate travel opening in Spring Grove, MN. The assignment begins on 05/18/2026, lasts 13 weeks, requires 40 hours per week divided into 8‑hour evening shifts.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences.
• Document nursing care and resident progress accurately and timely.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.

• 1 year or more experience as an RN in a Long‑Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current BLS certification (2 years or less expired).
• Eligible for state licensure; additional certifications may be required before assignment.
• Compassionate, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing complex patient needs in a team‑focused environment.
