Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position in Breckenridge, Minnesota. This role involves providing acute care in a fast‑paced ER environment with a trauma level IV designation, STEMI receiving capabilities, and stroke designation. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality patient care within a dynamic team setting, adhering to facility and safety protocols.

• Rotating shifts of 12 hours, including day and night shifts, with every other weekend and holiday requirements.

• Certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience and previous Medsurg experience
• MN state licensure

• Experience working in trauma and stroke centers

• Float to Medical‑Surgical and Swing Bed units on the same unit may be required.

• Unit staffed with ED physicians and mid‑level providers.
• Nurses required to read their own telemetry strips.
• Equipment includes non‑invasive respiratory support devices such as Vents, CPAP, BiPAP, High Flow, etc., with RNs troubleshooting as needed.
• Shifts 12‑hour rotation from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Orientation consists of 12‑hour shifts.
• Position requires upfront RTO approval with no additional RTO permissible post‑submission.
• Candidate must meet radius restrictions and cannot be full‑time, part‑time, or PRN with associated facilities within the past year.
