• Competitive salary: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

• Provide direct and supervisory nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop/update care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes with clinical judgment.
• Supervise, guide, and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and procedures.

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and assessment skills.
• Prior skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently.
• Leadership skills with a supportive and collaborative approach.
• A genuine love for seniors and commitment to quality care.
