Position Overview

CCI Anesthesia is seeking an experienced Chief CRNA to lead anesthesia services at Astera Health – Wadena Clinic, Minnesota. The role combines clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, overseeing daily anesthesia operations while collaborating with surgeons, hospital leadership, and CCI Anesthesia’s clinical and operational teams.

• Lead and manage daily anesthesia operations.
• Coordinate scheduling and team communication.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain an active clinical practice while providing leadership and mentorship.
• Partner with surgical teams to ensure efficient, patient‑centered care.

• Compensation: $385,000 annually as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Work schedule:
  
  39 weeks per year with a 3‑week on / 1‑week off rotation, allowing structured time away for work‑life balance.
