Position Overview

CCI Anesthesia is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia team at Astera Health – Wadena Clinic, Minnesota. The role offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive clinical environment where collaboration among anesthesia providers, surgeons and hospital leadership is central to patient care.

• Compensation: $385,000 annual compensation as a 1099 Independent Contractor
• Schedule:
  
  3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation (39 working weeks annually) with every 3rd night and every 4th weekend on call
• Work–Life Balance: 13 weeks off annually
