As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and direct care to patients in various healthcare settings. • Current and valid CNA certification recognized by the Minnesota Department of Health.
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program within 4 months of hire.
• Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and infection control procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience working in a long-term care facility, hospital, or similar healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Additional training or certification in specialized care areas such as dementia or hospice care.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals regarding patient conditions and needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient rooms and healthcare equipment according to established protocols.
