• Provide direct nursing care to residents with a variety of illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions in settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and clinics.
• Function as a floor/cart nurse, delivering hands‑on patient care and supporting the interdisciplinary health care team.
• Administer medications as ordered, complete treatments, and provide wound care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor residents, conduct focused assessments, document condition changes, and report concerns to the Registered Nurse or physician.
• Review, interpret, and carry out physician orders within scope of practice.
• Supervise and direct CNAs and nursing aides in the delivery of patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation, operate medical equipment safely, and ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active LPN license in Minnesota.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical facility.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate.
