Local Contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

This role is a Local Contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Skilled Nursing Facility, focusing on overnight shifts every other weekend with the option to pick up additional shifts. The LPN provides compassionate, high-quality nursing care and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support residents' health and well-being. The position offers a competitive hourly rate up to $45 and a predictable schedule.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Assist with daily living activities and resident care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols.
• Deliver patient-centered care while promoting dignity and quality of life.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

• Previous Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care (LTC), or Rehabilitation experience preferred.

• Consistent overnight schedule every other weekend.
