PRN Inpatient Nursing Assistant

Pay or shift range: $19.70 USD to $29.54 USD

Astera Health seeks a Nursing Assistant/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion to be part of the Inpatient Nursing (Med/Surg) team. Inpatient Nursing Assistants are primarily responsible for providing direct patient care on the Med/Surg floor in coalition with the Registered Nurses and Providers, and are considered vital in our workflow processes as they directly care for our patients.

This position is for a PRN/casual status in the inpatient unit.

• Observing and reporting patient data
• Performing patient care and assistance
• Ensuring applicable patient and family needs are met

• Nurse’s Aide Technical Training or Certification (preferred)
• Maintain active BLS certification

Technical/other training or better in Nursing.
