Talented Medical Solutions is hiring a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Geriatric/Extended Care (GTE) assignment in Fertile, Minnesota
. Whether you're a seasoned CNA or newer to the field, this opportunity allows you to provide essential, hands‑on care in a setting where residents and staff feel like family.
As a CNA in a GTE environment, you’ll support residents with daily living needs, emotional encouragement, and dignity—making a direct impact on their comfort and well‑being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Provide companionship, patience, and respectful communication
- Maintain cleanliness, comfort, and safety of resident spaces
- Document care provided according to facility standards
- Active CNA certification in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
- Dependable team player with strong communication skills
