Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. They may care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted in age-related category and area of expertise.

* + Primary site of service will be in Moose Lake, MN

+ Also service Cloquet and Hinckley

+ Opportunity to work in Twin Ports area

+ 0.6-0.9 FTE (Flex)

+ Weekend rotation:
Every other weekend

+ This position is a fast paced, acute walk-in care setting
