Location: New London
LPN – Nursing
Schedule:
4 NOC shifts and 1 PM shift per week, every other week
Requirements:
- Current LPN license
- Relevant nursing certifications
- Previous experience in nursing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients based on their needs.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
