Location: Wadena
Moments Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients in their final days. You will provide personal care, review care plans with an RN Case Manager, and contribute to an organized, respectful team environment.
Strong communication, caregiving experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required. A CNA license is mandatory, CPR is preferred, and driving is needed for patient visits across our service area in Minnesota.
