Job Summary
TNAA Total Med RN is hiring a Travel Nurse RN Manager for a travel nursing position in Spring Grove, Minnesota. The assignment is for 26 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, starting 07/20/2026.
Responsibilities & Requirements- Minimum 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience, with at least two years in a long‑term care (LTC) nursing facility (desired).
- Hands‑on floor work as needed.
- Experience as a Manager or Director of Nursing preferred.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Valid Minnesota RN license.
