RN Charge Nurse

As an RN in our skilled nursing facility, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and leading clinical excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitoring resident conditions and responding promptly to changes in health status
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Developing and updating individualized care plans that promote residents’ independence and quality of life
• Supervising and supporting LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Building strong relationships with residents and families, offering education and compassionate support
