  This role is full-time, shift is 2pm-10:30pm | Every other weekend & holiday required

• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care that supports resident dignity and independence
• Build meaningful relationships and offer emotional support and companionship
• Assist with daily living activities while monitoring resident well‑being
• Encourage social engagement and help create a warm, vibrant community

• An active MNCNA certification is required
• Previous experience preferred, but not required
