Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a Facility in Alexandria, MN. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate : $70 / hour
W2
Shift:
+ minimum of .8 or 64 hours/two weeks
Position
Description:
+ Work cooperatively and participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team utilize person-centeredthinking, positive behavior supports, motivational interviewing and trauma informed care to prevent and respond to patient situations. Comply with all safety andhealth standards, laws, regulations, policies, procedure sand protocols in order to ensure that all applicableenvironmental standards are met so that a safe, cleanhumane environment is provided for all patients andstaff.
Provide person-centered, trauma informed,culturally sensitive, professional nursing care so that the physical and emotional needs of each patient are met.
Implement the treatment plan and document results of interventions to assist patients in accomplishing their individual goals. Facilitate the care and documentation of care of the patient, from admission throughdischarge. Oversee and follow the medication administration policies and processes to ensuremedications are delivered sagely and in accordance withall regulatory guidelines. Extensions may be available.
Hours and shifts:
Full time 10 hour shifts, day/evening rotation, every weekend.
Position Requirements :
+ Minimum of 2 years mental health and or substance use disorder experience.
+ Active Minnesota Nursing License.

Schedule & Pay Options
When hired, LPNs may choose one of the following weekend-focused schedules:
- Every Other Weekend (EOW): $31/hour
- 3 Out of 4 Weekends: $33/hour
- Every Weekend (EW): $36/hour
Weekend-only team members may pick up additional shifts during the week if desired. Any additional shifts worked outside the weekend commitment will be paid at the LPN's regular hourly rate (not the weekend premium rate).
POSITION SUMMARY
The LPN is responsible for providing residents with the highest quality of direct routine care, under the supervision of the RN and in accordance with the Minnesota BON standards, the Resident's Bill of Rights and the facility Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. The LPN participates in the development and modification of the resident Plan of Care, implementing interventions that are delegated, ordered or prescribed by the RN or physician.
The LPN collects resident health data and compares to normal findings and the established current health status, reporting changes and/or responses to interventions in an ongoing manner to the RN. The LPN assigns and monitors nursing tasks or activities of unlicensed nursing staff through, assessment of their knowledge, skill and capabilities, clarifying expectations addressing behaviors or escalating. All nursing activities are performed to support residents in achieving and maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
