Naph Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in Grand Junction, Colorado, in a PRN overnight role serving the jail population. The position offers hourly pay with a $6.00 night-shift differential and new grads are encouraged to apply and trained in correctional healthcare.
As an LPN you will perform assessments, take vital signs, provide wound care, administer medications, and maintain electronic records in Tech Care, while supporting discharge planning and patient education.
