Role Overview

A registered nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating patient care, providing direct care, patient and family education, and facilitating care transitions. The RN supports professional nursing practice across various settings, ensuring quality and safety in line with the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards.

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care for assigned patients.
• Lead activities such as preceptorship, informal leadership, and quality improvement.
• Delegate patient care based on skill level, acuity, and resources.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, mentoring, and teaching skills.
• Participate in committees or projects and may be required to drive a personal vehicle.

• Graduate of a nursing program with current RN licensure.
• One year of RN or LPN experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, computer, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic Life Support certification required; additional certifications as needed.

• Role is eligible for TN sponsorship with licensing and certification.
• Compensation ranges from $43.84 to $66.84 per hour.

• Full-time schedule with 12-hour night shifts, every 3rd weekend/holiday.
