Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Role Overview

The registered nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating comprehensive patient care, including direct care, patient and family education, and care transitions. They support professional nursing practices across various settings, ensuring quality and safety in patient care.

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care for assigned patients.
• Provide leadership through mentoring, committee participation, and quality improvement activities.
• Delegate patient care based on skill level, experience, acuity, and resource availability.
• Support professional practice within the nursing model and adhere to ANA standards.
• Possibly drive personal vehicles as part of role duties.

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program or equivalent experience.
• One year of RN or LPN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including electronic medical records.
• Ability to work flexibly, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call.

• Current RN license as per state requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Additional state licensure or certifications may be required based on role.
