Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Direct Hire | Wadena, MN

Looking for a consistent schedule and competitive pay? Penmac Staffing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, direct hire position in Wadena. This role offers steady evening hours and the opportunity to provide meaningful care in a supportive team environment.

• Active Minnesota LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Knowledge of nursing practices and state regulations
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

• Provide direct patient care focused on safety and comfort
• Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to care team
• Assist with daily living activities and resident needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
• Support infection control and safety procedures
• Work closely with CNAs and nursing staff

• $28-$31 per hour
• Full-time, stable schedule
• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM shift
• Every other weekend required
