Prudential Health Care Staffing LLP is hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants with an active Trained Medication Aide certificate for per-diem opportunities in Aitkin, Minnesota.

This flexible position allows you to select available shifts around your personal, school, or work schedule. There is no fixed weekly schedule; available shifts are selected week by week based on facility needs.

• Administer authorized medications according to care plans and facility procedures.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Measure and document vital signs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
• Respond to call lights and provide compassionate resident care.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and resident-rights procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other facility staff.

• Active Minnesota CNA certification.
• Active Trained Medication Aide certificate.
• At least six months of experience in a nursing home or long-term-care setting.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Reliable transportation to facilities in Aitkin.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to complete all Prudential and facility onboarding requirements.
