Registered Nurse – OB/GYN

Perham, MN

Contract | Days | Onsite | Rotating schedule every 3 weeks, with every third weekend

• Provide direct patient care in Postpartum, Nursery, and Labor and Delivery settings
• Maintain a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in Labor and Delivery and 1:3 ratio in Postpartum/Nursery
• Utilize electronic health record and medication dispensing systems including EPIC, Pyxis, and OBIX
• Deliver safe, high-quality care across a 4-bed OB unit with no on-call requirements
• Float to Med-Surg unit as needed based on unit demands

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in Postpartum, Nursery, and Labor and Delivery required
• Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications required

• Experience floating to a Med-Surg unit is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with EPIC, Pyxis, and OBIX systems

• Work in a supportive OB environment with no on-call requirements and clearly defined staffing ratios
• Opportunity to work a consistent rotating schedule with predictable weekend expectations
