Good Samaritan Society - 705 6th Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered daily living assistance including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing or undressing, and assisting with daily living activities.;
Assist residents with meals and provide water and supplements as appropriate.;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment.;
Document resident interactions and changes in condition for nursing staff.;
Communicate changes in resident condition and care concerns to the charge nurse.
