The Home Health Registered Nurse provides cognitive support and assists clients and their caregivers with home management tasks, activities of daily living, mobility, medication administration, and other delegated nursing functions, as assigned, according to the plan of care. This role functions independently as a home care professional within the framework of policies and procedures.

• A current Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Minnesota.
• CPR Certification is required (certification assistance is available).
• Have a current, valid Minnesota driver's license and have valid car insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and act in a positive, professional manner.
• Must be able to pass background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
