PM Supervisor RN
Country Manor Health Care & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join our award-winning team as a PM Supervisor. Part-time | 2:00 – 10:30 PM Benefit eligible. Schedule includes every other weekend and holiday. Shift differential paid (in addition to base compensation scale).
Qualifications:- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota; graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- CPR certified.
- Two years of nursing experience with a strong clinical knowledge and the ability to respond effectively to resident/patient care needs.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to work collaboratively with staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care with patience, tact, and respect toward residents/patients, families, and visitors.
- Ability to support facility policies, philosophy, and organizational structure.
- Must be able to meet the demands of the role.
- Supervise and support evening nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident/patient care and adherence to facility policies.
- Assess resident conditions, respond to changes or urgent situations, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments while maintaining accurate documentation and monitoring resident/patient status.
- Assist with resident/patient assessments, admissions, and ongoing care plan implementation and evaluation.
- Provide clinical guidance to staff with complex care procedures and promote continued nursing skill development.
- Coordinate staffing assignments and adjust schedules to meet resident/patient care needs.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, the Case Manager, and leadership regarding resident/patient care concerns.
- Support a safe environment by following infection control practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
