This posting will be used to fill a part‑time Registered Nurse vacancy at the Minnesota Veterans Home (MVH)-Silver Bay. This position has a rotating day‑evening shift work schedule. The day shift is 7:00am to 3:30pm, and evening shift is 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
The work schedule will include at least 64 hours per two-week pay period and may include additional work hours based on business needs. The position is initially eligible for full employer contribution towards health and dental insurance benefits.
As an RN for the MVH-Silver Bay, you will provide care for residents by assessing needs, assisting and encouraging their social and emotional well‑being, and implementing orders and routines. Report and interpret observations and resident behaviors. Communicate nursing and health care concerns to supervisor. Maintain resident charts and records. Coordinate the activities of the nursing unit to maintain consistency in resident care delivery and unit functions.

Minimum Qualifications- Licensed in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions and in good standing.
