Role
Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in the Complex Medical Unit, serving a designated patient population.
Responsibilities- Collaborate to enhance patient care quality, serve as a clinical leader across patient, nursing, and organizational levels, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based practices, improve safety, and support nursing excellence.
- Master's degree in nursing with CNS focus;
- preferred experience as a CNS and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice;
- Requires current RN and APRN/CNS licensure;
- Basic Life Support certification;
- flexibility to meet patient needs.
