Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health status accurately.
  • Provide compassionate support and comfort to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas following established protocols.
  • Report any changes in patients’ conditions promptly to the nursing team.
  • Adhere to all healthcare and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or availability to take the CNA course is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding CNA tasks, including lifting or repositioning patients, extended standing and walking, and assisting with transfers.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures is preferred.
  • Availability to work evening shifts is preferred.
