Will be required to float to Gundersen Harmony (25mi apart) as needed

Certifications:

MN RN License & AHA BLS

- Minimum Experience:

2+yrs RN experience, 1yr in LTC
- Charting

Experience:

Matrix preferred- COVID Vaccine required (exemptions will be considered)- Unit Information: 43 bed long term care facility and clinic. Night : 1 nurse, 2 CNAs. Days/Evenings : 1 Charge Nurse does treatments, prns, and narcs and 1 nurse or TMA on the other cart that passes all medications
