Nurse Manager

Inter-Faith Care Center seeks a Nurse Manager to lead nursing services in our faith-based senior living and skilled nursing community. The Nurse Manager oversees daily clinical operations, supervises and mentors nursing staff, and ensures person-centered, dignified care for older adults. Responsibilities include care planning, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and fostering strong relationships with residents and families. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations for senior living and skilled nursing units
• Supervise, schedule, and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
• Develop, implement, and monitor care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations and policies
• Promote person-centered, faith-based care aligned with organizational mission and values
• Monitor clinical outcomes, quality indicators, and implement performance improvements
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transitions of care for residents
• Support staff education, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners
• Participate in on-call coverage, safety initiatives, and emergency preparedness
